Q:Are online prices the same as local prices?
A: No, in-store and online prices are not the same. The Oneida Suzuki Inc physical store does not price match with oneidasuzuki.com.


Q:I just placed an order online, can I pick it up locally?
A: No, all online orders are processed and shipped from oneidasuzuki.com warehouses and cannot be picked up locally.


Q: Can orders be shipped via USPS or other shippers?
A: No, only UPS shipping is currently available.


Q: Can orders be shipped outside of USA or Canada.
A: No, only USA and Canada shipping is available.


Q: I received a decline notification, what do I do?
A: This is commonly caused by invalid shipping addresses. All shipping addresses must be confirmed with your method of payment. Resubmit a new order with correct information.


Q: How much is shipping to zip code XXXXX?
A: Shipping quotes are displayed online prior to any payment is required. Enter your zip code in your cart to display shipping.


Q: Can I buy a new Suzuki ATV or motorcycle online?
A: Unfortunately, Suzuki motorcycles must be sold at the physical dealership and are not sold through the Internet Division. Contact @ 434 Lenox Ave Oneida NY 13421.


Q: My order was declined, but my payment was charged!
A: Only completed orders are charged. Some banking institutions will put an initial hold when running credit. The hold typically expires after a few days.


Q: I received a tracking number, but UPS says it's invalid?
A: Please note that we've assigned the tracking number BEFORE giving the package to the carrier. If your tracking information does not appear immediately or you receive an "UNABLE TO TRACK SHIPMENT" message, the carrier may still be processing this information. You may need to check the carrier's site periodically for the updated information.


Q: I placed an order and would like to know the status?
A: Login to see your latest order status. An email is sent to your registered email address whenever your order status changes.
