THIS AGREEMENT EXPRESSES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALL SHOPSUZUKI.COM/ONEIDASUZUKI.COM ONLINE ORDERS

INSPECTIONS

Please note that ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT

ITEM CONDITIONS:

When placing an order through www.oneidasuzuki.com/www.shopsuzuki.com you accept the terms and conditions . www.Oneidasuzuki.com/www.shopsuzuki.com is a wholesale distributor of replacement parts and accessories. You acknowledge that you are familiar and trained to do motorcycle repairs. You are acting as the service technician with knowledge to correctly order motorcycle parts/accessories at the time you're placing your order on-line. It is your responsibility to verify the correct replacement parts and accessories when you place an order. When you place an order the item is as per manufacture not www.oneidasuzuki/www.shopsuzuki.com. It is the technician's responsibility to validate part numbers for their repair. You are accepting all responsibility for items ordered any errors are your responsibility as some items are not eligible for return and items eligible for return result in restocking fees and shipping cost to send back to the manufactures.

All items sold are NEW (first quality, non-returned, non-re-manufactured, non-defective, etc) unless explicitly stated otherwise (very rare). Shop Suzuki does NOT accept or resell returns. Any returns are sent directly to manufacturers (and subject to their restocking) and are not resold.

ITEMS & PACKAGING

ShopSuzuki.com/Oneida Suzuki reserves the right to re-size or use alternate boxes for shipping purposes. Additional packaging will be added to shipments in excess of (if any!) manufacturer packaging. This is to eliminate any potential damage during shipping (which is also insured for your protection). Additional packaging may include bubble wrap, shredded paper, newspaper, foam, air-filled cushions, recycled boxes, styrofoam, etc.

PRICING

Prices found through Shopsuzuki.com/OneidaSuzuki.com are valid ONLY at www.shopsuzuki.com / www.OneidaSuzuki.com. In-store pricing and eBay bids are based on separate pricing models.

BACKORDERS

All backorders will expire after 3 months. You will receive immediate backorder notifications via email during the event of a backorder. An order cancellation email will also be sent if an order remains on backorder for greater then 3 months. You can choose to continue to wait following the 3 month time period if desired; to do so, please go to the Help page and under the Help Zone fill out the Contact Us.

Backorders are rare since Shop Suzuki stocks a large inventory, but they do occur (usually during peak times). We are sorry for backorder delays. Unfortunately Shop Suzuki does not have any control over back orders; we rely on the manufacturers to come through in a timely manner.

SHIPPING

UPS is used for all shipping (you have the option of ground, 2-day, and next day during checkout). Warehouse pick-up is not permitted. A shipping/handling fee is already included on all shipping rates. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on real-tim e UPS rates. Shipping costs are NOT refundable Nor do we guarantee any shipping times under any circumstances; including returns.

Some items are drop shipped directly from manufacturers. Tracking numbers will not be available for such items.

We reserve the right to require signature for UPS shipments.

NOTICE: there is no weekend service for ANY delivery options. Therefore, a package that leaves our fulfillment center on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper until Monday morning.

Delivery times are an estimate only and are not a guarantee. Expedited delivery (next day, 2 day, and 3 day) are terms from the shipper (ie, UPS). If your delivery failed to meet the delivery estimate (2 day air package in transit for 3 business days for instance) you will need to contact UPS for any shipping assistance. Shipping costs are not refundable.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

There will be UPS return shipping fees on domestic and international shipments that will be the responsibility of the customer refusing an order. International shipments will also be subject to all corresponding duties & taxes. All refused shipments will be subject to 25% restocking fees. Original shipping fees are also not refundable. Refusing shipments causes additional expenses to all parties and is not recommended.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS

Free shipping offers at Shop Suzuki are valid within the lower 48 states and only applies to UPS ground rates. Normal shipping rates will apply if an alternative shipping method is select or if shipping outside of USA (lower 48 states).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for ANY AND ALL TAXES OR DUTY FEES for all orders placed at Shop Suzuki. Please contact UPS for further assistance. This includes initial orders, returns, and refused orders.

JACKET SIZE EXCHANGES

There is a 10% charge for size exchanges in addition to all shipping costs. Please know your size BEFORE ordering. Color/Style exchanges are not permitted.

RETURNS

All returns must have prior authorization from Shop Suzuki. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued if approved. Special order items are not returnable. Note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns after five days of purchase will not be accepted. Returns without a proper RMA# will not be accepted. Returns not in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories will be denied. Items that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged. Apparel and helmet sales are final.

After an RMA# has been issued, the returned product MUST be received by Oneida Suzuki within seven days.

Your RMA# must be clearly printed on the outside of your returned box

A 25% restocking fees applies and is subject to all submitted, processed, and shipped orders. The 25% restocking charge will also be applied to orders that are refused once they have been shipped. You are responsible for all shipping cost to send returned items back to the factory for return plus restocking fees. Please contact for further information. Processed orders are those that have not been shipped yet but product is on order from distributor(s). Shipped orders have been delivered or in route.

NOTE: Before you open any vacuum packed or shrink wrapped packages, please verify that it is the correct item and it is what you wanted. Such items once opened are no longer in new/resellable condition and are not returnable.

No credit or refund will be given for items returned not meeting this policy.

All received order discrepancies and/or shortages must be reported to customer service within 5 days of receiving goods.

Suzuki Extended Protection Plan Cancellations

Cancellation fees will apply if canceling Suzuki Extended Protection Plan (SEPP) contracts. This includes a prorated cancellation fee based on term used, a $50 cancellation charge (SEPP refund amount less $50.00), and any additional applicable cancellation charges.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

All orders are shipped UPS. If you receive an item damaged during shipping you must contact Shop Suzuki within 2 days of receipt. This is required for UPS damage analysis and insurance. DO NOT install or use items which are damaged during shipping if you want a replacement item; Used items are NOT returnable to distributors or covered by UPS insurance in the event of a damaged item from the distributor or UPS. If you use or install an item with shipping damage, then you are accepting the damage and forfeit return.

  • HELMETS AND APPAREL/T SHIRTS/HOODIES/SWEATSHIRTS/GLOVES ARE NOT RETURNABLE
  • MOTORIZED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
  • ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
  • EXHAUSTS/PIPES ARE NOT RETURNABLE
  • SPECIAL ORDER AND NON-STOCKED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
  • PRECISION PARTS (CARBURATOR PARTS,FUEL, ETC) ARE NOT RETURNABLE
  • CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE - ALL SALES FINAL
  • OAKLEY PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
  • MANUALS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

WARRANTY

Shop Suzuki /Oneida Suzuki expresses no warranty. All warranty claims must go through appropriate manufactures. Warranty covers repair or replacement of the same part in the guidance of the manufactures approval. Closeout items may or may not carry warranty at the manufactures discretion. Please contact if you require warranty help.

ORDERS

Shop Suzuki reserves the right to cancel or limit any order for listing or other erroneous reason; this includes and is not limited to pricing errors.

Parts and accessories specifications and descriptions are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer changes. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing, and application at anytime without notice and further obligation.

Please be aware that not all accessories are compatible with each other. Each manufacturer uses their own guidelines for product development; please verify fitment and compatibility before ordering.

Many product listings are combined into a single listing for a range of makes/models/years. Shop Suzuki does not take any responsibility for incorrect product selections. Please be aware of your exact part required.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are not eligible for return and expire in 1 year from issue date.
